POLL: Purchase Intent for the Lenovo Legion Go S running SteamOS

By

At the CES 2025 in January, Lenovo announced that they were about to release later in this year (in May) a new device that would run with SteamOS. We have already talked at length about the specs and the profile of the upcoming Legion Go S.

Since this is the first time in recent history that there is a non-Valve machine running SteamOS, we were interested to see if our audience was interested in purchasing such a device after the Steam Deck.

The Lenovo Legion Go S will be priced at 500 USD and run SteamOS (just like the Steam Deck). Interested?

As you can see, there’s not a huge enthusiasm for the new device amongst our followers. It does not look like the device brings a lot of new features compared to a Steam Deck, and while it may be somewhat more powerful, most of us are probably waiting to see actual hands-on comparisons to make a decision.
