Three Kingdoms

Looks like I missed the big news just a few weeks back! Total War: Three Kingdoms (taking place in China, during the “Romance of the three kingdoms” era), was out on the same day for Windows/Mac and Linux. And for once it’s not “just another Total War with a different skin“, it seems like they genuinely made an excellent new episode in the series with this one. Many reviewers compare it to Total War Shogun 2, which is indeed one of the best of the series: the new campaign is apparently well centered around its generals and not just military units, making for exciting engagements and entertaining diplomatic features.

Let me say I did not expect that at all, and it looks like I will have to consider a proper review sometimes soon. Stay tuned! In the meantime you can already purchase it on Steam or on the Feral Store.
