Feral has just announced today that they are planning to release a port of the “20 Years Celebration” of Rise of the Tomb Raider, by Crystal Dynamics, sometimes in Spring 2018. It was not a big secret that it was coming, but now it’s official!
This spring, embark upon a dramatic action-adventure in Rise of the @TombRaider for macOS and Linux. If you can’t wait to satisfy your hankering for adventure, watch the #TuesdayTrailer for this breath-taking sequel: pic.twitter.com/zlPoZuDtWA

They have also confirmed that it will use the Vulkan API, just like for their recent F1 2017 port.
The Linux version of Rise of the Tomb Raider does indeed use the @VulkanAPI.

Very good news and we are certainly looking forward to the follow up of Tomb Raider 2013. It may also be the first port of Feral in 2018, with hopefully many more to come!
